Development of English speaking skills of grade 3 students By using role-playing activities

Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to develop English speaking learning activities for communication using role-playing activities to be effective according to the 80/80 criterion. 2) To study the learning achievement in English speaking by using role-playing activities before and after.
The research model is action research. The research area is Kantharalak Wittaya School The target group is 40 grade 3/3 students, selected by group random sampling. The research tools are 5 teaching plans, pre- and post-learn assessments.
The results of the study revealed that 1) the efficiency of the English speaking skill development learning plan using role-playing activities of grade 3/3 students is effective according to the 80/80 criterion. 2) The students had higher speaking scores after class than before. Before studying, the average total score was 13.00 points and after the study, the average total score was 18.28 points. Average overall score of 5.25 points.
