Abstract

this study The objective is to study the application of the lean production system in the actual work. To find ways to improve the production efficiency of the product. and reduce product costs in eye care products, jelly type, of Ssornji Grand Factory Co., Ltd., by studying 7 principles of wastage analysis. by analyzing the production process whether there is a waste or not using cause-and-effect diagrams And using the analysis of 7 wastes, it was found that there was a waste. which is caused by having redundant work procedures Excessive use of packaging materials and packaging design is not suitable After improvements have been made to reduce redundant work steps. by modifying the use of bags in boxes It's a sticker to cover the lid of the box instead. And improve the packaging to be smaller to fit in the envelope It appears that the product cost can be reduced. 0.81 baht per box or 0.45 percent and can reduce production time by 34.88 hours per 1 production time or 14.44 percent
