Abstract

          This research aims as follows : 1) To study the condition, the needs and guidelines of the participation of  local wisdom  to  promote  career skills for ethnic students. Thairatkheeree School. Collect data collection      use questionnaires by meeting to listen to comments. Basic school board ,Teacher responsible for academic, Work Teacher subjects learning career and technology.Students, Student parents, Local wisdoms. Study best practice and interview qualified people. Analyze data by content analysis.The findings showed that the participation management guidelines of local wisdom to promote career skills for ethnic students Thairatkheeree School. consists of guidelines for enhancing career skills     in all four areas, namely Curriculum, Teaching and learning activities. Procuring learning sources, media, budgets, Evaluation and evaluation Participatory executive board and the participatory management process in all four phases, namely, Joint planning Join the decision, Joint operation and follow up and evaluate. The products consist of Students have good attitudes towards their careers. Students have professional knowledge. Students have professional skills. Students are able to make a career,     earn income. Students have characteristics of workers in the new century. and results include Students are good role models, able to create networks Expand knowledge to the community. The school is a career training center and a career learning center to the community.
