Abstract

The primary objective of this research was to develop a digital mobile public relations system designed to effectively reach target audiences and replace traditional public relations methods. The proposed system enhances the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of public relations management while reducing time, procedural complexity, and operational costs. Upon completion of the initial system, it was found that a status monitoring mechanism was lacking, requiring staff to perform frequent manual inspections, which increased both time and workload. This led to a secondary objective — the development of a temperature control unit for real-time operational monitoring. The unit continuously measures ambient temperature during operation and enables automated maintenance through programmed control of a microcontroller board. When the temperature exceeds the threshold, the board automatically activates the fan and adjusts its speed or shuts down the system to prevent damage. Several studies have demonstrated that Internet of Things (IoT) devices are ideal for such applications due to their precision, programming flexibility, compact size, and low power consumption. After system installation, performance data were collected and analyzed, comparing the developed system’s workflow—from media design to display output—with the previous method. The new digital public relations system reduced operational steps from five to three and decreased working time to 3–5 minutes. Additionally, temperature control unit performance was compared with an EXTECH Model 445703 thermometer, revealing only a slight deviation with a mean error of 0.45°C and an average accuracy of 98.45%.
