The Development of a Website for Managing Student Behavior Data During Studies

The research aims are to 1) create a website for managing student behavior data during studies; 2) assess the website's quality; and 3) assess the website's satisfaction. This study employs the concept of storing and obtaining behavior data from students throughout studies in order to identify study behavior trends that may cause problems during studies. The website is based on the system development life cycle and centralized data management concepts. The system functions include teachers capturing behavior data of students during studies, which are categorized by subject and semester, and reporting behavior data to the adviser via the internet. As a result, advisers can access advisees' behavior data via the website. Furthermore, the website is tested and reviewed by two different sample groups: 1) Information technology experts are chosen with 5 people to review the quality of the website; 2) System testers are Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University lecturers and advisers who are chosen with 30 people to evaluate user satisfaction with the system. The estimating methods include a designed website and surveys, and the data is analyzed using basic statistics such as mean, percentage, and standard deviation. The results reveal that the developed system is intended to meet functional requirements. The overall mean of the system's evaluation quality is 3.68, indicating a good level. Furthermore, the overall mean of user satisfaction with the system is 3.86, indicating a satisfactory level.
