Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Authors must register with the Journal. Click Register, Please
  • A submitted manuscript must never be published, nor is currently in-press or being considered for publication elsewhere
  • Authors may submit their manuscript in the Word or PDF format. Manuscript templates can be downloaded from the Journal’s web site
  • A manuscript must be single-spaced. The manuscript title, both in Thai and English, must be presented using the TH SarnbunPSK font, size 18 and in bold; headings must use the TH SarnbunPSK font, size 14 and in bold; and content must use the regular TH SarnbunPSK font, size 14. Data, illustrations, figures, and tables may be placed where appropriate and according to the Journal’s specifications
  • Prepare a manuscript according to the Journal’s specifications, both in terms of the content and reference formats. Please see guideline for authors

2. Manuscript Preparation

The Journal of Academic Information and Technology accepts both research and academic articles, in Thai or English, related to the fields of information science, information studies, library science, information technology, technology management, and to other related fields. Submitted articles must be scientific and contemporary. Research/academic articles submitted for consideration of publication must not be previously published, nor are currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Each published article must be peer-reviewed by 3 experts. The Editorial Office reserves the rights to edit submitted manuscripts and to decide the order of publication of articles. To facilitate the decision process, it recommends a guideline for preparing and submitting a manuscript.

*The Journal has changed its preferred reference format from the 6th Edition APA format to the 7th Edition APA format. The change is effective starting on the Journal’s 2nd issue (July-December) of the year 2022 – of its 3rd year.

Submission of an article to be published in the Journal of Academic Information and Technology

        The submitted article must have never been published, nor is it currently in-press, elsewhere.

        - For authors who are not registered, please register by clicking the button labelled “ลงทะเบียน (Register)”

Article Processing Charge (APC)

          The Journal of Academic Information and Technology (JAIT) does not have an APC, so the author who wants to submit the manuscript is allowed the submit without any cost and fee because the ชื่อวารสาร is funded by the Office of Academic Resource and Information Technology.
