7 อุปนิสัยของผู้มีประสิทธิผลสูงในมุมมองพระพุทธศาสนา

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 7 อุปนิสัยของผู้มีประสิทธิผลสูงในมุมมองพระพุทธศาสนา โดยการนำแนวคิด 7 อุปนิสัยพัฒนาสู่ผู้มีประสิทธิผลสูงของสตีเฟน อาร์ โควี (Stephen R. Covey) มาเป็นหลักในการวิเคราะห์ร่วมกับหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 ของพระพุทธเจ้าที่มีความคล้ายคลึงกัน โดยคำว่า สัปปุริสธรรม หมายถึง ธรรมของสัตบุรุษหรือธรรมที่ทำให้เป็นสัตตบุรุษ ซึ่งคำว่า สัตบุรุษ หมายความว่า คนดี นักปราชญ์หรือบัณฑิต ความคล้ายคลึงกันของแนวคิด 7 อุปนิสัยพัฒนาสู่ผู้มีประสิทธิผลสูงของสตีเฟน อาร์ โควี (Stephen R. Covey) กับหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 คือ การรู้จักตนเอง รู้จักผู้อื่นและรู้จักพัฒนา ผู้สนใจศึกษาพัฒนาตนเองสามารถนำหลักการดังกล่าวมาเป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติสู่การเป็นผู้มีประสิทธิผลสูงให้สามารถอยู่รอดได้ภายใต้กระแสโลกาภิวัฒน์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วได้
