Abstract
This article aim to study the seven habits of highly effective people in the Buddhist view by applying the 7 habits of character development to Stephen R. Coveyís of highly effective people. As a basis for analysis together with the Sappurisadhamma or virtue of the righteous, who are similar By the word Sappurisadhamma means the dharma of the faithful or the Dharma that makes the holy man, good people, sages, or graduates the similarities with concept the seven habits of highly effective people of Stephen R. Covey. The principle of the Seven Sappurisadhamma is knowing oneís self, knowing others and developing those interested in self-development can apply. The said principles to be a guideline to become a highly effective person that can survive under the rapidly changing globalization trend.
