Abstract

The purpose of this research was to (1) study the management skills of school administrators in the 21st century of the Maklua School Group, Sung Noen District, affiliated to the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Area Office, District 4, and (2) to compare the management skills of school administrators in the 21st century of the Maklua School Group, Sung Noen District, affiliated to the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Area Office, District 4. Teachers and educational personnel of the Maklua School Group, Sung Noen District, affiliated to the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Area Office, District 4, Academic Year 2025, a sample of 135 students was obtained from a simple random method. The tools used in the research were questionnaires, estimation scales, with a consistency index value between 0.67 - 1.00 and a confidence value of 1.00. T-Test

The results showed that:

The management skills of school administrators in the 21st century of the Maklua School Group, Sung Noen District, affiliated to the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Area Office, District 4 are at a high level overall.
The results of the comparison of the management skills of school administrators in the 21st century of the Maklua School Group, Sung Noen District, affiliated to the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Area Office, District 4, classified by level of education and experience.
