Abstract

The purposes of this research were: (1) to study and compare the servant leadership of school administrators in the Prakhon Chai Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram, classified by educational level and school size; and (2) to examine differences based on these variables. The sample consisted of 210 teachers from schools in the Prakhon Chai Cluster, obtained using the sample size determination table of Krejcie and Morgan and selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with an Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.96. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

The research findings were as follows:

The servant leadership of school administrators in the Prakhon Chai Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram was at a high level overall and in each aspect.
The comparison of servant leadership of school administrators, based on teachers with different educational levels, showed no statistically significant differences overall. Similarly, teachers from schools of different sizes also showed no statistically significant differences overall.
