THE ADMINISTRATION BASED ON THE FOUR SUBLIME STATES OF MIND (BRAHMA VIHARA 4) BY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN NETWORK SCHOOL CENTER 9, UNDER THE OFFICE OF NAKHON RATCHASIMA PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 7

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the administration based on the Four Sublime States of Mind (Brahma Vihara 4) of school administrators in the 9th network school center under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7. 2) Comparing the opinions of school administrators in Network School Center No. 9, under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area 7, regarding administration based on the Four Sublime States of Mind (Brahma Vihara 4).Categorized by position and educational level, the research sample consisted of 156 school administrators and teachers. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie-Morgan table and stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-level Likert scale questionnaire. The questionnaire exhibited a content validity index between 0.67 and 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.80 for the entire questionnaire. Statistical analyses included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

            The research results found that.

1.             The overall management practices based on the Four Sublime States of Mind (Brahma Vihara 4) by school administrators in Network Center 9, under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area 7, were at a high level.
2.             A comparison of the administration practices based on the Four Sublime States of Mind (Brahma Vihara 4) of school administrators in Network School Center 9, under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7, categorized by position, showed statistically significant differences at the .05 level overall, except for the aspects of academic administration based on the Four Sublime States of Mind, budget administration based on the Four Sublime States of Mind, and general administration based on the Four Sublime States of Mind, which did not show significant differences.
3.            A comparison of the administration practices based on the Four Sublime States of Mind (Brahma Vihara 4) of school administrators in Network School Center 9, under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7, categorized by educational level, showed statistically significant differences at the .05 level, except for budget management based on the Four Sublime States of Mind and general administration based on the Four Sublime States of Mind, which did not show significant differences.
