A STUDY OF CHARISMATIC LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE OFFICE OF NAKHON RATCHASIMA PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 7

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of charismatic leadership of school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7, and 2) to compare the charismatic leadership of these administrators classified by gender and administrative experience. The sample consisted of 142 school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7 during the 2025 academic year. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table, and the participants were selected through multistage random sampling.
The research findings revealed that
- The overall level of charismatic leadership of school administrators was at a high level. When considering each dimension individually, all aspects were rated at a high level. The dimension with the highest mean was Environmental Sensitivity, followed by Risk Taking, while Personal Power had the lowest mean.
- The comparative analysis of charismatic leadership showed that administrators with different genders perceived the overall charismatic leadership levels to be significantly different at the 0.05 level. Similarly, administrators with different administrative experiences showed a statistically significant difference in their overall perception at the 0.05 level.
