STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN NETWORK GROUP PRAKHONCHAI 7 AND 8 UNDER THE OFFICE OF BURIRAM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2

Abstract

The research purposes were (1) to study the Strategic Leadership School Administrators in Network Group Prakhonchai 7 and 8 under The Office of Burriram Primary Educational Service Area 2 (2) to compare the Strategic Leadership School Administrators in Network Group Prakhonchai 7 and 8 under The Office of Burriram Primary Educational Service Area 2 classified  by  the education levels and work experience. The sample group was the 113 teachers of  Network Group Prakhonchai 7 and 8 under The Office of Burriram Primary Educational Service Area 2 academic year 2025. The research instrument was the 5 level rating scale questionnaire with Index of Item Objective Congruence 0.67-1.00 and reliability 0.98. The data analysis statistics were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

           The research findings revealed that

1. The Strategic Leadership School Administrators in Network Group Prakhonchai 7 and 8 under The Office of Burriram Primary Educational Service Area 2 found the overall was at high level; the each aspect consideration found all aspects were at high level; the descending mean found the highest mean aspect was the aspect of Creative Visioning, followed by the aspect of havining expectations and creating opportunities for the future, the aspect of Revolutionary Thinking for Change, and the aspect of being able to use various inputs to formulate strategies, the lowest mean aspect was the aspect of high level of Leadership with Advanced Cognitive Understanding.

2 . The comparison on The Strategic Leadership School Administrators in Network Group Prakhonchai 7 and 8 under The Office of Burriram Primary Educational Service Area 2 classified by the education levels and work experience found the overall and each aspect did not different.
