This study is a literature review analyzing psychological approaches to enhancing happiness in daily life by reviewing related research from 2018-2023. The study employed systematic literature review methodology and content synthesis from various databases. The results revealed five main approaches: positive psychology, mindfulness practice, relationship building, physical exercise, and stress management. Each approach has empirical evidence supporting its effectiveness in enhancing happiness. Research shows that combining multiple approaches yields better results than using a single approach. This study proposes an integrated model that can be systematically applied in daily life. These findings are significant for developing mental health promotion programs and well-being in Thai society.
