MCU Approves the Establishment of the Journal of Applied Humanities Studies (JAHS) for Academic Publication

On May 27, 2025, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU) officially approved the establishment of the Journal of Applied Humanities Studies (JAHS) as a platform for publishing academic work. The approval is effective retroactively from May 1, 2025.

This initiative aims to enhance the management of education at MCU by promoting systematic, effective operations in alignment with the university’s strategic goals and policies. JAHS will serve as a key academic journal dedicated to the publication of research and scholarly articles in the field of applied humanities, contributing to the advancement and dissemination of knowledge in this important area.

The approval was granted during the 5/2025 meeting of the University Academic Council, held on May 1, 2025. The official announcement was signed by Phra Brahmavajrathiracharn, Prof. Dr., Rector of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University.

JAHS is now open for submissions of academic and research articles from faculty members, researchers, and scholars from all sectors. It aspires to become a leading national academic platform that generates meaningful knowledge for society.
