Attending STA 2003 Classroom with Study Achievement of Ramkhamhaeng University Student

Abstract

The research objectives are (1) to study attending STA2003 classroom with study achievement of Ramkhamhaeng University student (2) to study the relationship between attending STA2003 classroom and study achievement of Ramkhamhaeng University student and (3) to compare attending STA2003 classroom with study achievement of Ramkhamhaeng University student from different faculties.
This research is survey research, the sample is 300 Ramkhamhaeng University students who attended STA2003 classroom in the summer semester of the academic year 2017 till the summer semester of the academic year 2018. The research tool was the attending STA2003 classroom record which consisted with the number of times to attend STA2003 classroom, exam scores and grades of Ramkhamhaeng University student. The research results were summarized as follows:
1. The highest number of Ramkhamhaeng University student who attended STA2003 classroom was in the first semester of the academic year 2018 (33.81%) and was female (67.26%). Most students were Faculty of Education students (47.86%) and the highest number of attending STA2003 classroom was 1-3 times (42.35%). Students obtained a grade F (71.89%), with the average exam score at 39.10 and the average number of attending STA2003 classroom at 5.04 times.
2. the relationship between attending STA2003 classroom and study achievement of Ramkhamhaeng University student using the chi-squared test statistic and the correlation coefficient, it was found that the relationship between attending STA2003 classroom and study achievement of Ramkhamhaeng University student were related at a significance level 0.05.
3. The comparison of attending STA2003 classroom with study achievement of Ramkhamhaeng University student from different faculties was different.
