Abstract

This article presents the concept and application of the TR-COUNCIL Model in driving student council activities at Thairath Wittaya 102 School (Ban Koh Tao). The model utilizes systems theory as a fundamental framework for integrating various inputs including personnel, resources, budget, local culture, and technology through collaborative work processes that emphasize cooperation, transparent communication, and systematic, continuous innovation. The results include the initiation of activities and projects that reflect participation and strong relationships among students, teachers, parents, community, and relevant agencies, as well as the development of leadership skills, cultivation of democratic culture in schools, and community engagement for sustainability. This article proposes a concrete approach to student council management to create positive changes at the educational institution level and society as a whole.
