Organizational Culture, Digital Disruption, Education Administration, Educational ChangeAbstract
In the era of Digital Disruption, digital technologies have impacted all sectors of society, including educational institutions, which must adapt to technological changes and the needs of learners. Organizational culture in schools plays a key role in driving management and educational development to stay up to date. This article aims to explore concepts, theories, and approaches for adapting organizational culture in educational institutions in response to Digital Disruption, along with policy recommendations that can be applied in the future management of schools.
The study found that Digital Disruption has impacted values and behaviors of educational personnel, management styles, relationships between administrators, teachers, and students, and challenges in maintaining the identity of educational institutions. Furthermore, key technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Blockchain play an important role in transforming teaching and learning processes as well as school management.
For educational institutions to adapt effectively, it is essential to have approaches for developing and promoting modern organizational culture, with an emphasis on the role of educational leaders, developing competencies of teachers and staff, and creating an educational ecosystem that supports change. Additionally, policy development in terms of technological infrastructure and management systems that emphasize flexibility and innovation is essential for the future.
Future perspectives suggest that the organizational culture of educational institutions will need to continuously adapt to change, focusing on lifelong learning, decentralized management, and the use of technology to support personalized learning. Additionally, case studies of institutions that have successfully adapted will provide valuable insights into developing sustainable management models in the future.
