Abstract

This article aims to 1) study the strategic leadership of school administrators and 2) compare the strategic leadership of school administrators classified by position, education level, and work experience. The sample group was 327 school administrators and teachers in the school. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test using one-way analysis of variance. The research results found that 1) the strategic leadership of school administrators was at a high level overall. 2) The results of the comparison of strategic leadership of school administrators and teachers in the school found that school administrators and teachers with different work experience and education levels had significantly different opinions on overall strategic leadership at the 0.01 level. However, there was no difference in the opinions classified by position.
