TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES EXPANSION SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF KHON KAEN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 5

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the transformational leadership of school administrators in educational opportunities expansion schools Under the office of KhonKaen Primary Educational Service Area 5 and 2) To compare the transformational leadership of educational administrators in such schools. By gender Education level and work experience. The sample group used in the research consisted of 249 school administrators and teachers in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 5, in the academic year 2024. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale. The questionnaire's consistency index is between 0.67 - 1.00, with a confidence value of 0.96. Statistics used to analyze data in quantitative research include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. One-way analysis
of variance and Scheffe's pairwise difference test. The research results found that
1) Transformational leadership of educational institution administrators in educational opportunity expansion schools under the supervision of the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5. Overall and in each area it is at a high level. When considering each aspect Averages can be ranked from highest to lowest as follows. In terms of having influence with ideology In terms of stimulating intelligence Consideration of the individual Inspirational aspect. 2) Results of the comparative analysis of transformational leadership of school administrators in educational opportunity expansion schools under the supervision of the
Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5.  were classified according to gender Education level and work experience It was found to be classified according to gender. and education level Overall and each aspect Opinions are not different. which is not in accordance with the assumptions set Classified by work experience, overall there was no difference. which is not in accordance with the assumptions set When considering each aspect, it was found that the inspiration aspect They are significantly different at the 0.05 level, otherwise they are not different. Findings from a research study on transformational leadership. It has been found that leaders with good management characteristics can affect organizational performance and employee satisfaction. It is expected that the results of this research will be beneficial to educational institution management. and can lead to the development of executives into quality leaders.
