ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 1

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 327 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารและครูในสถานศึกษา พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ส่วนจำแนกตามตำแหน่งไม่แตกต่างกัน
