Schools Digital-Era Leadership in Enhancing Teacher Competency in Small Schools

Abstract
This article aims to examine digital leadership of school administrators in enhancing teacher competencies in small-sized schools, which often face constraints in personnel, budget, and technological infrastructure. Digital leadership is a crucial mechanism for driving school development, requiring administrators to possess a clear digital vision, establish effective policies, and manage resources to support both teachers’ and students’ learning.
Developing teacher competencies, particularly in integrating digital technologies into instructional practices, is a key factor in improving educational quality and reducing educational disparities across different areas. School administrators play a significant role in promoting the use of digital tools, creating supportive learning environments, and utilizing data for informed decision-making.
The study highlights that effective digital leadership contributes to sustainable educational development by strengthening teachers’ capacities and enabling small-sized schools to adapt to changes in the digital era more efficiently.
