Abstract
In the current era, technological advancements have significantly impacted every sector of society, including the educational system. This article aims to study the concepts, roles, supporting factors, and processes involved in developing educational institutions in the digital era. It focuses on analyzing the adaptation of school administrators, teachers, and relevant stakeholders to effectively utilize digital technology for management, learning organization, and student quality enhancement. The article presents the concept of Digital Leadership, alongside the integration of various technologies and online tools to improve learning processes, enabling learning to occur anytime and anywhere. Administrators must be adept at selecting appropriate methods and establishing systematic plans and procedures. This requires careful consideration of organizational structures and, most importantly, the students' needs. Such strategic development ensures that educational institutions achieve their goals, keep pace with global changes, and continue to develop students effectively.
