This could be for several reasons, whether teachers, textbooks, learning management process, curriculum, environment, funds family problems and including the students themselves which will vary from person to person the study found that when using the PATHAMA MODEL to manage the teaching and learning Helps to significantly increase student achievement through various measurements and evaluations Test taking, grades, interviews taking action measurement and evaluation it is an important step in analyzing and improving a person's skills, abilities and lifestyle It also reflects participatory management and integrated cooperation between schools, homes, communities and networks the goal is to develop students to achieve their goals. By giving importance to learners on the basis of individual differences respect the learners. Therefore, The PATHAMA MODEL is of school administration is appropriate for further teaching and learning.
