Abstract

Academic leadership of school administrators in the 21st century based on principles of good attitude, reasonableness, adaptability, uniqueness in oneself and getting the job done will have a huge positive effect on administrators and schools. A good attitude helps inspire and encourage yourself and others. This is an important factor in preparing for and battling the challenges in schools. A good attitude helps create a positive state of mind and confidence in one's own success and that of the organization that is part of the school administration. Being rational in making good decisions allows management to carefully analyze the available information and assess its potential impact. Adapting to changing situations and environments is essential to help administrators deal with mistakes and create new opportunities to develop and improve the school. Being unique helps build a school's identity and attracts teachers, students and community members to the school's vision and mission. And the successful completion of the work is the result of effective management and stewardship of educational institutes in order for educational institutes to achieve their missions and objectives. They will use the available resources efficiently. Create a work culture that supports the learning and skill development of teachers and students. And provide support and follow-up to allow those involved to cooperate in building an educational institution to be successful.
