Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present the principles for solving the problem
of academic achievement that does not meet the goals This is caused by many factors such as the curriculum, teachers, learning management, atmosphere, environment, and including the learners themselves. including basic knowledge, experience, socialization, self-confidence family problems which each person is different The results of the study showed that when the YWD model was used to solve problems in conjunction with teaching and learning management. both inside and outside the classroom make the academic achievement better going in a good direction Learners know how to learn by themselves. Data can be collected, researched, studied and practiced without having to be constantly
guided by a teacher. Able to work using group processes and collaborations which facilitate knowledge sharing. problem solving Encouraging and stimulating creativity Listening and understanding other people's opinionsconflict resolution and effective collaboration In which the role of the instructor is only an assistant to drive the students to be successful in every activity. The learners have a role to play in making decisions about their own learning. It also values and respects the opinions of learners, which will
help inspire students' learning. And experiential learning is another great way to foster students' creativity. Therefore, the measurement and evaluation of learners, which is an important step, can be measured in a variety of ways and many aspects. By using a variety of methods such as using tests, interviews, observations, and evaluating the work that students create. and using group assessments Realistic measurements and assessments provide teachers with insights into student success and progress. This makes it possible to improve learning and teaching processes to be more appropriate and effective.
