Abstract

This article aims to discuss the content of Innovation Development to improve the performance of Prangku School. Using the innovation in educational management is an important factor to motivate teachers at Prangku School. It can demonstrate positive work behavior. It’s an efficiently cooperation in operations. Prangku School is a very large school. There are various personnel ages. There are differences in many sides such point of views, values, attitudes, beliefs, and technology. Bringing innovation into work can motivate teachers at Prangku School to work efficiently. Therefore, this article presents about the educational administration innovation “SUPATM MODEL” to be used as a guideine for educational administration to suit the needs of teachers at Prangku School.
