Phenomenon-based learning of management in the Social Studies, Religion and Culture Learning to promote Democratic Citizenship of Mathayomsuksa 3 Students, Chiang Mai University Demonstration School.

Abstract
This article so that 1) create a lesson plant to used Phenomenon-based learning of management in the Social Studies, Religion and Culture Learning to promote Democratic Citizenship of Mathayomsuksa 3 Students, Chiang Mai University Demonstration School and 2) study the result of promoting Democratic Citizenship of Mathayomsuksa 3 Students, Chiang Mai University Demonstration School. The sample group used in this research were Mathayomsuksa 3 room 2, who were drawn Purposive sampling of 42 students. The materials were used in this research are 3 lesson plans in 6 periods, and the assessment for promote Democratic Citizenship.
The result found that 1) the quality of lesson plans 1 to 3 have average value for 1.00, 1.00 and 0.97 respectively, and there are more than 0.5 which considered as useable. Furthermore, and
2) The results of the study of the use of learning plans of Phenomenon-based learning of management in the Social Studies, Religion and Culture Learning to promote Democratic Citizenship of Mathayomsuksa 3 Students, Chiang Mai University Demonstration School. The average sample of students has the highest level of democratic citizenship in three aspects: Personally Responsible Citizen (=3.69, S.D. 0.45) Participatory Citizen (=3.53, S.D. 0.57) and Justice-Oriented Citizen (=3.40, S.D. 0.64) so, When the overall mean value was greater than 3.50, it was considered that Phenomenon-based learning of management in the Social Studies, Religion and Culture Learning to promote Democratic Citizenship.
