Abstract

management of learning in Buddhist subjects using Phenomenal based learning to improve social skills of Secondary 2 Kawila Wittayalai School, Chiang Mai.This time, the objectives are 1) To create a learning management of learning in Buddhist subjects using Phenomenal based learning to improve social skills of Secondary 2 Kawila Wittayalai School, Chiang Mai. 2) To study the results of learning management in Buddhism from the learning management plan using phenomenal learning management of learning in Buddhist subjects using Phenomenal based learning to improve social skills of Secondary 2 Kawila Wittayalai School, Chiang Mai. the sample in this study is Thirty-nine students in Secondary 2/6 of Kawila Wittayalai School in the second semester of the academic year 2022. The research tools were Four learning management plans on the subject of religion, morality and ethics Unit 4 Religious ceremonies and rituals according to the practices of other religions using phenomenal Buddhist management teaching methods as a base and social skills assessment form the measured variables consisted of 1) Seeking information 2) Coping and solving problems 3) Communication 4) Self-management and leadership 5) Social behavior 6) Emotional intelligence 7) Adaptation According to the results of the expert evaluation study, it was found that the learning management plans 1 and 2 were at the high level. The learning management plans 3 and 4 were at the highest level. which is considered to pass the criteria to be used and the social skills assessment questionnaire had a validity value of 1.00, which was considered to pass the criteria that could be used. The research results were summarized as follows. Assessment scores measure the social skills of Secondary 2/6 students before Phenomenal-Based Buddhism learning. The students' skill level was moderate ( = 2.67, SD = 0.48) which was still lower than the average stated in the research. After learning in Buddhist subjects using Phenomenal based learning, the students had the greatest increase in social level. ( = 4.57, SD = 0.57) , whose mean passed the criteria set by the researcher. This shows that the phenomena-based Buddhist learning management can enable students to develop social skills continuously by applying phenomena that occur in society according to real conditions. And it clearly affects the students' behavior in their daily lives. From the evaluation of the students' social skills in all aspects, it was found that the average score of the students after learning was at the highest level in all aspects.
