Abstract
Reforming Thai education under a dynamic changing situation focuses on enabling students to have lifelong learning through effective educational management processes coupled with appropriate use of information technology. Raising the standard of higher education quality requires the skills of school administrators to lead the organization towards sustainable growth By using the NATTHAWUT model to apply to the skills in the 21st century of administrators, teachers and educational personnel. for sustainable progress for the greatest benefit to the education industry
