Development of learning achievement in mathematics by active learning managment of mathayom 5 students

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to: 1) improve mathematics achievement in the topic of functions for 11th grade students using active learning methods, and 2) evaluate the efficiency of active learning lesson plans according to the 80/80 criteria. The sample group consisted of 40 students from 11th grade class 2 at Selaphum Pittayakhom School in Selaphum District, Roi Et Province. The research instruments included: 1) active learning lesson plans, 2) skill practice worksheets, and 3) an achievement test. The results showed that the students' mathematics achievement on functions after using active learning methods was higher than before. Additionally, the efficiency of the active learning lesson plans met the 80/80 criteria.
