Abstract

          This research aims to1) To analyze the current situation regarding the warehouse management of Ban Nguaba Silk and Cotton Weaving Group 2) To study the differences in demographic characteristics the warehouse management of Ban Nguaba Silk and Cotton Weaving Group and 3) To develop a warehouse management of Ban Nguaba Silk and Cotton Weaving Group, Tambon Nguaba, Amphoe Wapi Pathum, Maha Sarakham Province. The mixed method research design was used in this study. The tools used to collect data were interview forms and questionnaires. The findings were as follows: 1) Ban Nguaba Silk and Cotton Weaving Group There are separate functions to work and deliver products according to orders. 2) Entrepreneurs have opinions about the Warehouse Management of Ban Nguaba Silk and Cotton Weaving Group was at the highest level ( =4.18, S.D=0.14), Entrepreneurs with gender, ages, status, education level and monthly income are different. There are opinions about the warehouse management of Ban Nguaba Silk and Cotton Weaving Group different at a level of statistical significance of .05 and 3) The warehouse management method for Ban Nguaba Silk and Cotton Weaving Group was Decision making in budgeting Must set a budget that is sufficient for the group In order not to have problems in the budget during the work.
