Abstract

          This research aims to 1) To analyze the current situation regarding the purchasing management of Ban Nguaba Silk and Cotton Weaving Group 2) To study the differences in demographic characteristics the purchasing management of Ban Nguaba Silk and Cotton Weaving Group and 3) To develop purchasing management of Ban Nguaba Silk and Cotton Weaving Group, Tambon Nguaba, Amphoe Wapi Pathum, Maha Sarakham Province. The research methodology was Mixed Method Research Design. The tools used for data collection were interview forms and questionnaires. The findings were as follows: 1) The COVID-19 situation, there are fewer products to sell. 2) The overall level of entrepreneurs of Ban Nguaba Silk and Cotton Weaving Group was at the high level ( = 4.36, S.D = 0.59), Entrepreneurs with gender, status, education level and monthly income are different. There are opinions about the purchasing management of Ban Nguaba Silk and Cotton Weaving Group no different at a level of statistical significance of .05. For entrepreneurs with different ages.
