Development Process Administrative Skills of School Administrators In The Situation of COVID-19 Epidemic in Mae Pa – Maekasa School Group under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

              The objectives of this research were to study the conditions, problems  and  development process administrative skills of school administrators in  the situation of  the Covid - 19   epidemic  in Mae          Pa-Maekasa school group under  Tak  primary  educational  service       area office 2.The population were 132  administrators and teachers            in the Mae Pa -  Mae Kasa school  group.   Source  of  information, 9    experts collected data using questionnaires  and   interviews ,  data      were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation        and content analysis.       The results showed that the state of school management skills of administrators in  the overall  and  individual              aspect of the Covid-19 epidemic situation was at a high level.     The      order of average from highest to lowest is Communication skills, in terpersonal skills, technology and digital skills,organizational skills          and critical thinking and creativity respectively.Problems of schools management   skills  was  found  that  the problems with analytical thinking  skills  and creative  thinking  were  the  most  followed  by organizational   management   skills   technology and  digital  skills,  interpersonal and communication skills respectively.                                                   The way to develop skills is should brainstorm ideas focus on teamwork and use professional learning communities to help.                      Make decision with safety as a top priority,   adjusting  budget  plan              in line with the Covid - 19 pandemic.                                                                                 Self - improvement  in  using  technology  , assessing   teacher  satisfaction with schools administrators conduct   self -  assessment          for feedback and have  a  variety of  communication  channels both      formal and Informal using technology  reduce the spread   covid-19.
