The Problem impact Free Marijuana Law of Thailand Compares Japan, United Kingdom and The United States of America.

Abstract

            The objective of this research was to examine the impact of cannabis liberalization in Thailand compared to Japan, the United Kingdom,and the United States which was based on (1) the impact            on the user   (2)  the economic impact    (3)  the social and political     impact   (4)  the comparison with Japan the United Kingdom , and              the United States.                                                                                                          This  research   is  qualitative , based on the concept Theories legal         texts documents both foreign and Thailand.                                                                   The results of the research showed that (1) the effects on the         Who  will  lack restraint in controlling their emotions. Expressing emotions as appropriate little patience, paranoia.  Inability to  live               a life that benefits oneself and others.  Instead ,  they are the ones          who cause problems for themselves. Family and Society                                    (2)  Economic Impact Drug addicts have to spend money on drugs.              (3) Social and political effects drug addicts are disgusted by society endanger national security discredit them.  (4) Compared to Japan,      there are laws regulating cannabis.In case of illegal use cultivation,  import or export of cannabis In the UK the law defines cannabis as       drug  which  is  still  prohibited  for  recreational and in the United    States it is only available in certain states Legitimate recreational.
