Teacher’s growth mindset in school under the Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract

            This research aim to study components of teacher’s growth mindset in school under the Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 1. Using documents research on 2 steps are                                                         1) Study 10 documents about growth mindset for synthesis the componen ts  of  teacher ’s  growth  mindset , and 2) Confirm the components by the 5 experts in educational administration. The research found that : Teacher’s growth mindset in school under the Office of Udonthani Primary Educatio nal Service Area 1 consisted of 5 main elements include : 1) Learning from Obstacles include 4 indicators are accepting errors or failures in operation s, daring  to   face the problems and obstacles that occur , finding  a way to improve the problems appropriately , and good handing of the problem to prevent them from crashing again;
2)  Creating  job challenges for yourself include  4 indicators are being the person  with  a  systematic  work  plan  , adaptation  to  every   situations , learning  the  new  things   continuously  and Developing and creating the new innovations creatively ;                                                                                     3) Determination and dedication to work include  4 indicators are having the  intention  and  effort  in  the  operation  for  the  benefit of the school, having  patience  and devotion to work  in  school fully , practicing to be a good personnel in school work and working effectively with others ;            4) Learning from Criticism and Negative feedback include 3 indicators are listening the criticism, negative feedback or suggestion from others, under standing and accepting the negative feedback and revision and self-impro vement ;  5) Having the role model to inspire yourself include 3 indicators are daring to think and to show the positive opinions in work, intention in achieving goals and exchanging and learning how to inspire yourself from successful people.
