Abstract

When testing the hypothesis, it was found that Personal characteristics factors in respect of age, status, educational level Accounting work experience and the average monthly income was not related to the satisfaction of the accountants in Ao Luek District. Krabi The part of the individual characteristics factor in the gender part and job position There was a relationship with the satisfaction of the accountants in Ao Luek District. Krabi statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
