Service quality of Rab Ro Subdistrict Administrative Organization

Abstract

         The objectives of this research (1) were to study the level of opinions about the service quality of the Rab Ro Sub-District Administrative Organization, Chumphon Province (2 ) to find the relationship between the personal characteristics of the people. The service was used with opinions about the service quality of the Tambon Administrative Organization, Chumphon Province by using 392 questionnaires and analyzing and analyzing the data with a statistical packaged program. to find descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and the inferential statistic was Chi-square at the significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the overall service quality level was at a high level. At a high level, all 5 can be arranged in order as follows: trust Customer response and confidence appearance When testing a hypothesis It was found that personal factors, gender, age, status, education level, occupation, income/month, religion, number of service usage/year had no relationship with opinions on service quality of Tambon Administrative Organization, Rab Ro, Chumphon Province.
