GUIDED LINE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATION IN CHILD - CENTERED UNDER CHONGKAB - KHIRIRAT SCHOOL GROUP TAK PRIMARY EDUCTIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

        This research aimed to study the problem state and to find guided line for development of learning management administration in child-centered under CHONGKAB-KHIRIRAT school group TAK primary education service area office 2, it is divided into 2 step : the study of condition and the proble ms of learning management administration  in child - centered  and to find guided line for development of  learning   management  administration  in child - centered  under CHONGKAB - KHIRIRAT school group TAK  primary education service area office 2,  questionnaires  were used with sample  of 181 people and interviewed 9  experts,data were analyzed by means of ave rage,  standard deviation, describe frequency,  percentage and content  con sistency analysis.   The research results were found that : The  condition of learning management administration in child-centered under CHONGKAB - KHIRIRAT school group  TAK  primary education service area office  2,   in general the practice was at a high level ,   sorting  the mean in   descending order is the learning activity,   learning management preparation, learning management materials and measurement and evaluation of learning,   res pectively.   The problems of learning management administration in  child - centered  under CHONGKAB - KHIRIRAT school group TAK primary educa tion service area office 2, there were problems in  descending order, name ly learning management  materials,   learning  management  preparation ,  learning activity and measurement and  evaluation of learning, respective ly.   The guided line  for development of learning management  administra tion in child - centered under CHONGKAB - KHIRIRAT school  group   TAK primary education service area office 2 ,    which   should   promote    and support  planning, preparation of learning management.  Using a  variety  of learning activity adjust the learning   arrangement  to be based  on the aptitudes   and   interests  of  the  learners   arrange  content,  techniques,  methods.  Learning media Perform real - world  results with a  variety of methods and  tool.  And  supervise  and follow up to guide and assist  the learning management on a regular basis.
