Guidelines for Promoting Professional Learning Community (PLC) of the Educational Institutions of Phop Phra-Valley-Ruamthai School Group under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

            This research aimed to study the problem and find ways to promote a professional learning community (PLC) of the school group  of Phop Phra -  Valley -  Ruamthai School  under  Tak Primary  Educational Service Area Office   2. The sample groups and data sources used in this research consis ted of 189 experts, school administrators, government teachers and educat ional personnel for the academic year 2020. The tools used as questionnai res  and interviews. The data were analyzed by searching for percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

            The results of the research found that condition of Promotion of Pro fessional Learning Community (PLC) of the Phop Phra - Valley - Ruamthai School Group under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. It was found that overall and every level ,  the problem of promotion found that there was the most common vision problem, followed by the learning and professional development , cooperation  and  cooperation in the associate community and leadership respectively.  The promotion guidelines found that the shared vision. The administrators should arrange for teachers and educational personnel to jointly define the vision of cooperation and work together such as administrators should communicate and understand with teachers and educational personnel. In terms of leadership, administrators should provide for the promotion of the capacity of teachers and educatio nal personnel based on knowledge.   Individual  abilities  in the  associate community . The administrators should organize an exchange of knowled ge between teachers and educational personnel.  In terms of learning and professional development.  The administrators should encourage teachers and educational personnel to attend meetings , trainings , seminars and study visits about a professional learning community.
