Study of risk factors in the export of marine products to Asia In case study of ABC Company Limited

Abstract

          The purpose of this study is to study the risk factors for the export of marine products to Asia, in the case of ABC Company Limited, using  questionnaires as a tool to collect demographic data used in the study. Namely, employees in the export of goods, consisting of department, department order, traffic department, export department, government department, shipping department, number of 90 people, using the formulas of Craze and Morgan. In the selection of the sample group, a total of 73 people from the risk score analysis by failure and impact analysis (FMEA). The results showed that the top 5 risks are Internal risk factors are: 1. Personnel in the
preparation of wrong documents with RPN is at 218.20 points. 2. The operation in the examination of documents that the destination country has RPN value is 209.71 points. External risk factors are 3. The service of the vessel has RPN at 121.40 points, then selects personnel factors for documenting mistakes to manage risk. First, find the cause of the risk by using the map analysis and the cause. Employees have mismatched work. There are some points that employees do not work for, etc. 

          The researcher has implemented the risk management principles in managing such risks, with the risk of document errors in the export of products. Use risk reduction / control by creating a manual in practice to perform the same tasks. To prevent errors In the risk that the score is ranked in the second and the third, the researcher is unable to manage the risk. Because it is an external factor, unable to manage risk.
