The Results-Based Management for School Educational Quality Development

Abstract

          The purpose of this research was to develop the results-based management for school educational quality development: case study Namronwittayakom school. The research was undertaken 4 steps, as follows: 1) to study background,management for educational quality development related to the evaluation use of document analysis. 2) to develop the model for results-based management for school educational quality, examine this model by 8 experts 3) to implement the results-based management model with 20 teachers in Namronwittayakom school.
4) to assess the results-based management model by 8 participants the statistics used for data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation, content analysis for quality data. 

          The results were as follows.

          1. School management has a fill meeting for stakeholders and did not explain the roles and responsibilities for them and school do not have educational management plan such as the human development plan, the teachers development plan, the school development plan, the new Learning resources development plan,and the new management methods. In the part of Internal quality assurance, school do not coordinate with agencies for to know about suggestion for finding the weak point and how to develop school.

        2 . Has the new method called the Results-Based Management for School
Educational Quality development in Namronwittayakom school by “Check-in @ NorRaw-Woa” . It uses the system theory to explain model. 1) Input Component are “induced”, “Collaborate”, and “Method” 2) Process Components are “Check-in” for 6 steps 3)Output components are “Student Quality” “School Quality” and “the community development”

      3 . All Teachers understand and can used the model implement to practices and making the educational management plan, projects/Activities, the learning management plan, and the manual for work. 

      4. The results-based management for school educational quality development model had sustainability at the highest level(=4.41, S.D.=0.54) and possibility at the highest level ( = 4.64, S.D. = 0.38).
