The factors affecting the decision to study Thai language of Chinese students in Lampang Rajabhat University

Abstract

        The research aims to study the factors affecting the decision to          study Thai language of Chinese students in Lampang Rajabhat University. The sample group was 100 Chinese students studying  at  Lampang Rajabhat University. The research instruments were questionnaires analyze data with basic statistics.The findings indicated that 82% of            the samples group were female and 18% of the samples group were          male. The factors affecting the decision to  study Thai language  of          Chinese students had the average in high levels ( = 4.33). Next on          down is the teachers knowledge was the high levels average ( = 4.24),      The students had the attitude to teaching and learning management      and cost of living in high levels ( = 4.17), and environment was the      high levels average ( = 4.11). The Important suggestions is should be arranged focus on creating teaching materials ,  have opportunity for students to ask questions, should be able to arrange the availability             of the equipment in the classroom and have the internet signal that          is sufficient for use. Furthermore, the image of Lampang Rajabhat University Should provide more education services for Chinese students and the cost of living field should consider the dormitory within the university that is consistent with the life of Chinese students as well.
