Terms and Conditions for Article Processing Charges (APC): Journal of Academic Information and Technology

         The Journal of Academic Information and Technology has been evaluated for academic journal quality by the Thai Journal Citation Index Center (TCI) and has been included in the TCI database, Group 1, Humanities and Social Sciences, with certification valid from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2029.

         The Journal of Academic Information and Technology has implemented the Article Publication Charges (APCs) to compensate experts who review articles, as well as to cover the administrative costs of the Journal of Academic Information and Technology.

         Therefore, we would like to inform you of the Article Publication Charges (APCs) in the Journal of Academic Information and Technology as follows:
         - Thai language articles: 4,000 baht per article
         - English language articles: 6,000 baht per article

         In the event that an author's article fails to pass the peer review process, or the author requests to withdraw the article or declines to revise it according to the peer reviewers' suggestions, no refund of the publication charge will be given. Furthermore, once the charge has been paid, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Authors must pay the publication charge only after receiving an acceptance letter for the review process.

          This regulation is effective from January 1, 2026 onwards.
