Abstract

The purpose of this article is to study the concept of leadership of abbots in the digital age. It emphasizes the role of abbots as moral leaders, social leaders, and temple management leaders who must adapt to the changes in information technology in Thai society today. The article presents the concept of Transformational Leadership and the application of technology for Dharma mission. Management within the temple, building social networks, and promoting faith among Buddhists. This article suggests ways to develop abbots to have new leadership competencies that combine morality and digital ability.
