การใช้ศิลปะบำบัดเพื่อการพัฒนาศักยภาพและการฟื้นฟูของคนพิการ

จากการประเมินผลบทความวิชาการ พบว่าศิลปะบำบัด (ดนตรีบำบัด, การละครบำบัด, วาดรูปบำบัด) ที่เน้นความสร้างสรรค์และผ่อนคลาย มีศักยภาพสูงในการฟื้นฟูผู้พิการทางสติปัญญาและการเรียนรู้ ทั้งในเด็กและผู้สูงอายุ ศิลปะบำบัดช่วยให้การดูแลรักษา ผู้พิการทางสติปัญญาและการเรียนรู้ ที่อาจมีปัญหาด้านอารมณ์และพฤติกรรมง่ายขึ้น ผู้รับบริการผ่อนคลายและให้ความร่วมมือมากขึ้น ส่งผลให้การฟื้นฟูมีประสิทธิภาพและบรรลุเป้าหมายได้ดีขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ยังเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่าง ผู้พิการทางสติปัญญาและการเรียนรู้, ครอบครัว และผู้ดูแล ซึ่งสำคัญต่อการฟื้นฟูแบบองค์รวม อย่างไรก็ตาม องค์ความรู้ศิลปะบำบัดสำหรับ ผู้พิการทางสติปัญญาและการเรียนรู้ ในไทยยังจำกัด เมื่อเทียบกับจำนวน เด็กและผู้สูงอายุพิการทางสติปัญญาและการเรียนรู้ และครอบครัวที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ
ดังนั้น จึงได้ข้อสรุปประเด็นที่จะศึกษา : 1.เร่งศึกษาวิจัย เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบศิลปะบำบัดที่เหมาะสมกับ ผู้พิการทางสติปัญญาและการเรียนรู้ ในบริบทไทย 2.จัดทำคู่มือมาตรฐาน โดยหน่วยงานภาครัฐ (กระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์) เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการใช้ศิลปะบำบัดกับ เด็กและผู้สูงอายุพิการทางสติปัญญาและการเรียนรู้ แต่ละประเภท 3.สร้างเครือข่าย ผู้ใช้ศิลปะบำบัด เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อการฟื้นฟู ผู้พิการทางสติปัญญาและการเรียนรู้ ทั้งเด็กและผู้สูงอายุ โดยเน้นการใช้ศิลปะบำบัดเป็นเครื่องมือหลักในการพัฒนาศักยภาพและคุณภาพชีวิต
