School Management and Effectiveness of the Schools under Nongbua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

        The objectives of this research were 1) to study school management under Nongbua Lampau Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) to study effectiveness of the schools under Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 3) to study relationship between school management and effectiveness of the schools under Nongbua Lampau Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples were 278 teachers of the academic year 2020. The instruments used for this research, were 5 rating scales questionnaires on school management and the effectiveness of the schools with the reliability of 0.82. The statistics used for data analysis, included percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient. The result of findings was as follows: 1) for overall of school management was at a high level, 2) for overall on the effectiveness of the schools was at a high level and 3) the relationship between school management and the effectiveness of the schools was found that the positive relationship was at a moderate level, and was on statistical significance at .01 (r=.512).
