The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence of School Administrators and Satisfaction on the Work of Teachers under Nongbua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

                          The objectives of this research were 1) to study emotional intelligence of school administrators,2) to study satisfaction on the work      of teachers and  3)  to study relationship between emotional intelligence      of school administrators  and  the satisfaction  on  the work of  teachers under Nongbua Lampau Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples were 278 persons from the teachers in the schools of the acade mic year 2020. The instruments used for this research were 5 rating sca      les questionnaires on the emotional intelligence of school administrators and the satisfaction on the work of teachers with the reliability of 0.84.      The statistics used for data analysis, included percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of findings were as follows : 1) for overall of emotional intelligence of school administrators was at a high level, 2) for overall on the satisfaction on the work of teache rs was at a high level and 3) the relationship between emotional intellige nce of school administrators and the satisfaction on the work of teachers under Nongbua Lampau Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was found that the positive relationship was at a high level and was on statistical significance at .01 (r=.840).
