Abstract
The purpose of this study was to study internal communication factors affecting work efficiency. Bangsue Chia Meng Rice Mill Co., Ltd. The population studied were: company employee Bang Sue Chia Meng Rice Mill Co., Ltd. consists of 400 people, classified by gender, age, educational status, length of work. and income received by survey method The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. and the hypothesis test was to test the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The statistic was used to find the relationship between the variables by using multiple regression analysis. Assumptions in the research 1. Company employees with different demographic characteristics. The efficiency of work is different. 2. Factors of communication within the organization affect the efficiency of work 3. attitude factor towards communication affect work efficiency
The results of the research revealed that the communication factors within the organization were interpersonal patterns, small group communication. large group communication Affects the efficiency of the work of the company's employees. Bangsue Chia Meng Rice Mill Co., Ltd. and attitude factors towards communication such as knowledge and understanding, emotion, feeling and behavior affecting the efficiency of work of the Company's employees.
