Development of Online Teaching Materials on Food Exchange Programes of Vocational Certificate Students at Saowabha Vocational College

Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to study the effectiveness of online teaching materials on food exchange programs among vocational certificate students at Saowabha Vocational College. 2) Evaluate the suitability and usefulness of online teaching materials., and 3) to study student satisfaction towards online teaching materials. The population consisted of 30 students studying in the first year of the Food and Nutrition Certificate Program at Saowabha Vocational College. The sample were randomized by purposive random sampling. The tool used for the research was online teaching materials. The appropriate and usefulness assessment form of online teaching materials and satisfaction questionnaire for online teaching materials. The statistics used to analyze the data were E1/E2, mean and standard deviation.
The results showed that: 1) online teaching media on food exchange programs of vocational certificate students at Saowabha Vocational College had an efficiency of 80.11/ 89.78, which was higher than the specified criteria. 2) The opinions of experts found that online teaching materials were overall suitable at the highest level and overall usefulness at a high level and 3) students were satisfied with online teaching materials at a high level. When considering each aspect in descending order, it was found that the satisfaction with the highest average was online media beneficial to online media users, followed by online media design and the least was the content of the lesson. It can be concluded that students' overall satisfaction with online teaching materials is at a high level according to the hypothesis.
