Ethical leadership of school administrators affecting the administration of dual vocational education under the vocational education institutions in Chachoengsao

Abstract
This independent research aims to study behavioral characteristic and ethical leadership factors of school administrators affecting the administration of dual vocational education under the vocational education institutions in Chachoengsao Province. The sample group of 205 school totaling 7 places. By choosing to use the questionnaire data collection method. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, mode, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The results of independent research found that ethical leadership of school administrators affecting the administration of dual vocational education under the vocational education institutions in Chachoengsao Province. Overall, it is at the highest level. Especially in the area of behaving as a good example has the highest average and a total of 5 factors such as 1) acting as a good example 2) honesty 3) motivation based on rewards and punishments 4) making fair decisions and 5) caring for others. It is a factor affecting the bilateral vocational education system. Statistically significant at the .01 level. This independent research found that acting as a good example is most influential.
